SANDRA BULLOCK
After winning the Oscar last year for The Blind Side, Sandra Bullock is now in huge demand.
She is:
• to star opposite Steve Carell in The Abstinence Teacher
• also appear in Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close with Tom Hanks
• having a romantic comedy developed by Universal for her and Ryan Reynolds after their chemistry filled The Proposal. The Project is currently called Most Wanted
• considering an offer to star in Screen Gems’ Never Forget loosely based on director Robby Kushner’s documentary On Moral Grounds, which depicts “one woman’s quest to reimburse Holocaust survivors who were swindled out of their heir’s insurance policies by a European insurance company.”
• being considered for the lead role in Alfonso Cuaron’s Gravity if Natalie Portman were to pass on it.
Not a bad year for Sandra after all her earlier personal issues that received world wide coverage.
