Reps for LOVE NEVER DIES have confirmed to the New York Times that indeed the production will not open on Broadway as planned in the Spring of 2011. Adrian Bryan-Brown of the Boneau Bryan Brown agency wrote in an e-mail to the Times: "‘Love Never Dies' will not be opening on Broadway this Spring...Further news about the show will be announced shortly."
The West End's production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's LOVE NEVER DIES has extended ticket sales through March 2011. The show opened at the Adelphi Theatre in London on March 9, 2010.
It is expected that LOVE NEVER DIES will also be hitting Australia and Toronto with different teams in place in each city. No specific dates, timelines or names for casting or creative have been revealed.
