The SoHo apartment where actor Heath Ledger lived — and tragically died of an overdose in 2008 — is unofficially back on the market for $5 million.
Sources who have toured the 4,400-square-foot, fourth-floor unit at 421 Broome St. say it has been gut-renovated but still needs a lot of work. It has been open to potential buyers for at least a week and could be officially listed within days. The condo is in a 1920 cast-iron industrial building sold for $15 million to Donald Burns of Palm Beach Mortgage managment in a foreclosure auction last year.
