British actress Helena Bonham Carter will never go under the knife to halt the aging process - because she's convinced her career will go downhill if she has "work done". The "Alice in Wonderland" star has never resorted to cosmetic procedures and she has every intention of keeping it that way because she's convinced her "natural looks" appeal to movie directors.
Bonham Carter, 44, admits she hopes to emulate Dame Judi Dench, who has maintained a successful acting career while growing old gracefully. She tells Britain's Daily Mail, "I can still move all my face muscles! There aren't many who can still do that. Age is underrated. I think what's happening is that directors and the studios want actresses who have natural looks, who haven't had any work done."
