PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 5

Pirates of the Caribbean

Walt Disney Pictures apparently has started working on "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" while the fourth film has not been unleashed into theatres yet.

According to Deadline Hollywood, the studio has tapped Terry Rossio who has written all four "Pirates of the Caribbean" films to pen the fifth instalment, but his writing partner Ted Elliot will not be joining him this time.

The studio is allegedly also trying to seal a deal with Rob Marshall to return to the helming duty for the second time. The director, who is best known for his work on musical "Chicago" and "Nine", is currently on post-production of "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides".
