John Barry, famous English composer and Oscar winner dies after suffering a heart attack in New York at age 77.

There is no doubt that Barry was an amazing composer of incidental music on movies. He was awarded several times during his life. He had been recognized with five Academy awards for Born free (2), The Lion in winter, Dances with wolves and Out of Africa and with a Grammy and a BAFTA.

Barry participated in multiple movies such as: Zulu, Born free, The Chase, The lion in winter, Alice’s adventures in wonderland, Midnight cowboy, Indecent proposal, Chaplin, The specialist and in many 007 James Bond’s movies: such as Dr No, From Russia with love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You only live twice, Octopussy and Diamonds are forever between others.

John Barry will be remember for their amazing classics and mostly for the immortal “Goldfinger” one of the best soundtracks of all times.
