Harrison was found guilty in 1976 of plagiarizing the 1963 Ronald Mack composition of He's So Fine recorded by The Chiffons (Laurie 3152), for his 1970 hit, My Sweet Lord. Harrison is now the owner of the publishing rights to He's So Fine, which he purchased. To comment on the law suit, Harrison recorded the song This Song (Dark Horse ORC-8294) in 1976.
