Auntie Mame starred Rosalind Russell as the free-spirited Aunt with Roger Smith as her loving nephew Patrick Dennis. It was released on December 28, 1958. Main filming was on the Warner Brothers Stage 11 at their Burbank Studios.
Part of the set was the glorious staircase that Mame descended on several occasions in most regal style.
