Warner Bros. Pictures is interested to develop a new biblical epic called "Gods and Kings". For the upcoming project, the studio wants none other than Oscar-winning filmmaker Steven Spielberg to serve as the director.
According to Deadline, Warner has not booked any formal meeting with Spielberg. Nonetheless, the director has reportedly read the script, which is penned by screenwriters Michael Green and Stuart Hazeldine.
